after sysprep windows machine is getting disabled?

after sysprep iam unable to login to buitl in administrator,i also checked the different possible ways to solve this issue,but my requirement is after sysprep the virtual machine iam deploying windows vhd to azure .when i tried to run script to create a virtual machine through sypreped VHD it vl create a virtual machine but iam unable to access. how to resolve this issue in azure ?
